NEW FACILITIES FOR LARNE FOOTBALL CLUB
Giving the restricted buildable area on the site where the existing pitch has to be kept, the seating area & the clubhouse were combined together in a compact design to answer the brief.
The seating area was divided in two parts with a glass box inserted in between serving as a bar & viewing gallery at upper level and a changing facility for the players at a lower level, this has allowed a great efficiency in terms of function & cost savings.
The striking design of the roof was based on a simple structural module clad in a faceted aluminium cladding in red & white colour of the club.
