Kendal Riverside is a mixed-use development located in the heart of the historic town of Kendal, Cumbria. The scheme comprises retailing at ground floor level, 90 apartments at upper levels, office space and a heritage centre. Parking is provided within a double-basement construction. A new riverside walkway along the River Kent is integral to the scheme along with a new landscaped public space.
The elevations present Kendal with a modern addition that celebrates the vibrant and continually innovative local vernacular architectural tradition.
