The Saint Anne's Square project is a mixed-use, urban infill scheme located to the rear of Belfast's iconic Saint Anne's Cathedral, at the heart of the historic Cathedral Quarter. It will contain a 169-bed hotel, cafes/restaurants, office space and 103 apartments, all centred around a new, part-colonnaded urban square that is laid out on the axis of the Cathedral. A new 570-space multi-storey car park will also form part of the scheme. The buildings' elevations have been designed in accordance with the contemporary, living tradition that generated the character of old quarter in the first instance.
