WDR & RT Taggart was commissioned to replace Roches Stores, existing anchor unit at the Quays Shopping Centre, with a 85,000sqft purpose built unit for Debenhams together with 10 new units in an extension to the north mall. The mall extension was unveiled and Debenhams opened its doors to the public on schedule
