WDR & RT Taggart multi-disciplinary team designed and delivered this retail warehousing and leisure park in 2005 containing six large retail warehousing units with mezzanine facilities for Next, New Look, Champion Sports, Costa Coffee, River Island and Argos. The scheme also includes a 9-screen cinema complex.
