New bespoke administrative office development to be incorporated into a grade II listed building at the Downshire Hospital site, Downpatrick.
To accommodate 110 staff in a part new building/ part refurbished open-plan office environment which is also to incorporate full Civic Chamber, meeting rooms and training facilities.
The building design concept is to accommodate the bulk of the CouncilĂs administration staff within the new build office element which will be linked by a glazed entrance atrium to the listed building.
