DOWNPATRICK ADMINISTRATION OFFICES

New bespoke administrative office development to be incorporated into a grade II listed building at the Downshire Hospital site, Downpatrick.

To accommodate 110 staff in a part new building/ part refurbished open-plan office environment which is also to incorporate full Civic Chamber, meeting rooms and training facilities.

The building design concept is to accommodate the bulk of the CouncilĂ­s administration staff within the new build office element which will be linked by a glazed entrance atrium to the listed building.
