THE SOLOIST, BELFAST
The Soloist is undoubtedly the most sophisticated office development in Ireland. In collaboration with International designer Neils Torp, WDR & RT Taggart has delivered a world-class project.
The scheme creates a landmark building that completes the final piece of the master plan for the area that WDR & RT Taggart developed over a decade ago.
The ground floor consists of commercial / mixed use space, whilst the upper floor consists of Category A commercial office use. A public arcade slices through the building on a Northeast - Southwest axis providing space in the 'heart' of the building accomodating office entrances, cafes, bistros and galleries.
