BUNCRANA ROAD
The preparation of a design concept and masterplan for an area of approximately 118 hectares to the south of the Buncrana Road, Londonderry designated in the Development Plan for residential use, village centres and open parkland. This scheme involves cross disciplines including architects, landscape architects, town planners and civil engineering and involves preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement and Planning Application documents. Landscape treatment and integration of adjacent rural and urban landscapes into the design together with sensitive consideration of the road routes and junctions are fundamental to the design. In all approximately 2500 residential units are anticipated with an area of 14 hectares designated to.
