QUB EAST WEST LINK
The East West Link project for Queens University Belfast was completed in April 2011 and forms the new pedestrian priority link between College Park East and the Irish Arch at the Lanyon building. It comprises the installation of new hard paving (roads, footways and public square), soft landscape works, new street furniture and lighting scheme together with the demolition of workshops, stonework replacement at old Physics Building and Lanyon Building and some internal remodelling at the entrance to the Physics Building.
