MINOR WORKS
We are appointed by NI Water to provide civil engineering design, contract management and site supervision for small sewerage schemes, under two Framework agreements (Northern and Eastern). Schemes include foul and storm sewers; first time service replacements and upgrades; design of pumping stations; package treatment works; storm tanks; overflows and outfalls.
Our duties include preparation of appraisal/feasibility reports; detailed design; application for planning approval and discharge consent; contract management and supervision and acting as Planning Supervisor.
