MIXED-USE REGENERATION SCHEME, DRUMAHOE, DERRY
WDR & RT Taggart has designed this exciting mixed-use retail and leisure scheme for the former Desmonds Factory site; currently derelict and a visual eye sore within Drumahoe Village. The scheme currently in planning comprises a major foodstore and pfs, retail units, an ice-rink, multi-screen cinema, restaurants, a soccer dome and ten-pin bowling alley. The landscape masterplan entails significant planting works that will help to settle the development within the village and the adjoining Faughan River valley; providing an area of improved ecological diversity and visual amenity.
