NORTHCOTT SHOPPING CENTRE, GLENGORMLEY
The recent approval of this £35 million regeneration plan will see the construction of a brand new retail outlet to include a food superstore, café, 12 mall units and petrol filling station on the current Northcott retail site.
WDR & RT Taggart Town Planners and Landscape Architects worked within a multi-disciplinary team; including detailed negotiations with Planning Service’s Strategic Projects Team, Roads Service and Landscape Architects Branch. Landscape and Visual Impacts were considered at an early stage to ensure that the proposal did not adversely affect the existing residential units to the surrounding context.
