RAMPARTS ROAD, DUNDALK
WDR & RT Taggart Landscape Section were involved in the detailed design of the public realm streetscape and open spaces. The design includes street furniture, signage and lighting, as well as hard and soft landscape finishes. This included semi-mature boulevard tree planting, public square and seating areas, carriageway and footpath treatments. We sought to design and specify a scheme that is of high environmental quality in terms of aesthetics and specifications, balanced with producing a scheme to integrate with the Clients built environment design philosophy, whilst maintaining necessary levels of budget control.
