STRANMILLIS WHARF
We were involved in the detailed design of the public realm space comprising a sequence of intimate public and private sitting areas, affording panoramic and sheltered views of the River Lagan.
The composition encloses a generous central secure parking courtyard, with semi-basement car parking along the river frontage below the main blocks. The buildings are sculptured and tiered in order to punctuate and reduce the apparent mass of the development and careful consideration was paid to construction detailing adjacent to the existing mature trees that line the riverside pathway/ cycle route.
