LARNE PARKS STRATEGY
Site appraisal, assessment and development of design management and priority action plans for five existing parks within the Council area. The Communities needs and aspirations were at the heart of the strategy and we engaged with them and Council members to identify and deliver local priorities. A series of Masterplans were produced to protect, enhance and maintain the character and identity of the parks whilst offering guidance on prioritising and planning future resources and improvements.
