LANYON PLACE, BELFAST
In the 1990's, WDR & RT Taggart delivered this significant regeneration masterplan for a strategic riverside area of Belfast city centre. The development site now houses the Waterfront concert hall, a 14-storey Hilton hotel, 12-storey BT office tower, the competition-winning "Soloist" office block and numerous other infill schemes. To date it is the largest completed masterplan in the Province.
