The first phase of the new Northcott Shopping Centre has now been completed. Designed by WDR & RT Taggart, it comprises a Tesco F60 store, associated parking, mall and 4 retail units. Phase 2 is expected to commence later in 2012 with many more retail units to come!

Tesco Extra Craigavon, developed by J H Turkington & Sons, wins the 2011 "Environmental Sustainability Award" at the CEF Construction Excellence Awards.

Riverside Place Kendal and Saint Anne's Square Belfast, designed by WDR & RT Taggart, have both been short-listed for the UK-wide 2011 RTPI Awards (Royal Town Planning Institute).
