Bleach Works Site, Larne
This proposal aims to regenerate this neglected area of Larne. The development will consist of a new Foodstore with strong new links to the town centre in line with the Larne Masterplan (published by DSD).
WDR & RT Taggart Architecture prepared the designs for this challenging site along with our Planning team which coordinated the Retail Impact Assessment and related Environmental work on the site. WDR & RT Taggart Planning has also been involved in detailed negotiations with key statutory figures in Planning HQ Strategic Project Unit and with Roads Service.
