St Anne's Square, Belfast
Due for completion in 2010, this mixed-use development located within the Cathedral Quarter Conservation Area represents further regeneration work undertaken by WDR & RT Taggart. It involved detailed consultations with EHS/NIEA Built Heritage to agree how developer proposals could be accommodated in order to strengthen the existing character of the surrounding architecturally and historically sensitive area.
