Meet the Partners:

Stephen Heaney joined WDR & RT Taggart in 1983 and has been involved in the design and delivery of major civil engineering schemes, with particular expertise in highway and railway structures, water and wastewater treatment works, windfarms, structural assessments and design & build schemes. He is currently involved in the £100m Belfast Sewers Stormwater Management Project, various windfarm developments throughout Ireland and design and build infrastructure schemes.
