Most of my orders are not reaching to my customers plus i am not getting the item back, not sure what is happening to them If i bought the same item from my. Are my doing something wrong?

I am refunding a lot of customer.
Currently we're selling to the uk only because of the combination of postal delays (usps is in meltdown due to political sabotage), and the hassle of recalculating shipping prices of everything yet again for rm price rises (very complicated because we're vat registered and etsy does not have any vat functionality for listings).
Royal mail postage prices increased on the 1st jan I use etsy labels but ive just been told by the post office that my labels are showing ive paid less than royal mail prices Is it cheaper to get postage through etsy or is there a problem ? They just haven't caught up with the fact that the uk has left the eu and so needs to be removed from that group
If i buy an item from this shop i would be charged vat
