For like 2 months i have not been able to login to my chase app

The app says it’s down and to try the website, i try the website It’s down and says to try the app. Have you attempted basic troubleshooting (different web browsers, clear change/cookies, etc.) if so and still nothing call chase customer service and get connected to their online support team they may need to open a ticket

I’ve been trying to unlock my card but every time i’m greeted with the same “this part of our site isn’t working right now” Is anyone else facing this problem So maybe i can put it off as simple maintenance. For some reason i can never login to my chase account

The only two that work are the mobile phone app (because i’m using my fingerprints) and safari on my macbook

Chrome stopped working for me a long time ago Safari and chrome webpages on my phone don’t work either. No other website makes me do it this way And it confuses the hell out of my password managers because it asks for my account password as second time on the verification code screen

Is this a setting i can turn off somewhere Or is everyone doing this every time they log into chase.com on a browser? Chase gives the option to check the box “use token” but i can’t find anywhere on how to setup a token or anything like that Alternatively i wouldn’t mind using google authenticator to generate codes, but i much prefer a physical token anytime i need to login.
