The naked and the dead is a 1958 american war film produced by rko radio pictures and released by warner bros Starring aldo ray, cliff robertson, and raymond massey, it was directed by raoul walsh and based on the 1948 novel of the same name by norman mailer. Two little girls whose real names weren’t known for nearly four decades after their “jane doe’’ mom was discovered naked and fatally stabbed in an arizona desert have finally been identified. Dead bodies of those who died suddenly or unexpectedly due to a disease may be discovered in a variety of places and positions, dressed or partly/completely undressed
Nudity is a component of some, mostly indoor, everyday activities, and often the scene of death may provide enough clues to explain why the body is naked.
