Absolutely batshit, utterly filthy and a true original
Poor things is as good as yorgos lanthimos and emma stone have ever been
Emma stone and yorgos lanthimos reteam for a wild new ride. Doch ganz so einfach ist das nicht Bella (emma stone) hat den körper einer erwachsenen, aber den verstand eines kindes. Nowhere is this conflict more exaggerated and entertaining than in his latest film, and his best yet, “poor things.” everything here is wonderfully bizarre, from the performances and dialogue to the production and costume design.
If you're looking for a movie that will leave you in awe, poor thing is the one to watch It's a captivating journey filled with emotion, depth, and incredible performances. Der griechische filmemacher hat es schon immer verstanden einen schmalen grat zwischen lächerlicher, düsterer komödie und emotionalen und politischen wahrheiten zu beschreiten Angefangen von the killing of a sacred deer bis zu the favourite.
Gorgos lanthimos has created a really good film experience with poor things
He succeeded in telling a modern frankenstein story that is completely reinterpreted and is by no means just a copy of the previously known films with this motif. Poor things ist ein fordernder und sehr kreativer film
