I’ve tried writing support, and have gotten no answers
I tried to renew my subscription and the same thing happens
I can purchase things in the envato market, which i just did, same login, same payment details But i can not use the elements. I cant login to envato elements it just says “no se ha podido iniciar sesión
Por favor, inténtalo de nuevo.” Not sure about the login issues but you cannot use themeforest credit to pay for a subscription on elements. We have set up elements plugin many times with no issues Now when you press the get token link it takes you to a login page
We use google to login and it never logs you in
I tried logging indepenetaly which worked but when i click get token it opens a new browser window with the login screen that does not work I’m trying to login to envato elements from my computer, but always appear the following messege “something wrong happened, try again” This messege shows such as chrome, edge and firefox
I was able to login… Hi there, new to wp, i have installed the elements plugin, but i do not get the envato login page The latest version of wordpress and php 7.4 many thanks. I am using the envato element account, but i have not been able to login since last week
