Just open extended services and switch all dell entries and sftserices (soft think agent service sas) from automatic or delayed start to manual and it did not pop up notification, what else messes up, don't know yet but at lease got rid of backup and recovery notifications with out uninstalling it. Agent service won't stay running we are installing a new installation of autostart 5.2.2 on windows 2003 to be used with autostart for exchange 2003 module
