The zoo features a discovery center with over 15 species of birds, plus a large salt water aquarium, snakes, caiman, and more. Imagine a place where you can have a wild family adventure viewing rhinos or feeding a giraffe while also helping preserve animals for future generations It was a hot summer day at the zoo but it was possible to get through within a few hours and with many cool spots to get out of the sun, although no cooling stations or access to water without dropping $4 a bottle.
