There first two being private property are safe and completely legal They also have facilities and amenities. Grandview nature preserve at the mouth of chesapeake bay has a sandy beach that stretches over two miles, backed by a marsh and accessible only from the south end The south end of the beach abuts a residential area, but the beach is undeveloped with no parking lot, which limits the number of visitors
